It arrived in pieces without the hardware. They sent the hardware. I struggled to put the frame together piece by piece when I had a few spare moment. Finally I was ready for the last step with the wheels only to discover I was missing some more parts. I also discovered that every time I would want to change the width, I would have to reinstall the rods. I read the directions for actually putting my quilt on the frame and was also disappointed to learn I don't have any bungie cords. Totally frustrated, I put the frame away with the parts. I haven't decided if I will try to get the last pieces or not. I just may have to chalk it up to money down the drain and avoid this company at all costs.
